Butterfly World

Today I visited Butterfly World for the first time in 20 years. It was better than I remember and there were so many beautiful flowers, butterflies, and birds! Here are a few photos from today's outing...

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Today I visited the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden located in Coral Gables, Florida.  This was my first time visiting the garden and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by it's wide variety of plant life.  I enjoyed my time wandering around the different gardens. My favorite was of course the butterfly garden. I watched monarch's flutter by and enjoyed the peacefulness of the garden. Coral Castle Fun!

It's been way too long since my last blog update. We have been very busy over the last year with work and life. My fiance and I have still been out exploring and taking photos. Today we visited the Coral Castle near Miami Florida. What a neat place!

"To this day, no one knows how Ed created the Coral Castle. Built under the cover of night and in secret, at a time when there were no modern construction conveniences, Ed would only say that he knew "the secret of the pyramids." When he died, his secrets died with him, and to this day scientists and thinkers still debate Ed's methods."
